Take Action Observe, listen and interact with your team. At the end of each day, compare your list of what was important to what you actually saw. ese experiences shape your vision for what's needed to create an experience for your team and customers. Take a genuine interest in your people. Look for new ways to show them you care about their success. Keep track of the ways that have the greatest impact. e time you invest on this first step of your leadership journey will greatly return on the back end as the team and manage- ment takes on more responsibility and be- come accountable.
